Digital Products (Instant Downloads)
Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital kits, templates, or downloadable files once they have been accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase, contact us at Email Us and we will resolve it promptly.
Done-For-You Services
For service packages, a refund may be considered if work has not yet commenced. Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable. Any disputes should be raised within 7 days of project delivery.
Exceptions
If a product is materially different from what was described, or if there is a verified technical defect, we will work with you to find a fair resolution — which may include a replacement or store credit.
